Our Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours during normal business hours to get the information needed to set up your app.

8am – 5pm CST

Here is an explanation of the onboarding process:

  1. You will receive a form to fill out via email.
  2. Your agency will be set up in the system. Our team will send your point of contact a URL link to the app and instructions so they can register and create an account.

  3. We will send you a welcome letter with information about how to roll the app out to your agency and how to contact customer service.
